ITS Guides is the resource section of Infinite Time Solutions, LLC, a South Florida company that handles front- and back-office work for home service businesses.

Who writes it

I'm Robert Bobo, Founder & CEO. I've spent more than 25 years in customer service, sales, and operations. When you work with Infinite Time Solutions, you work with me. I personally handle phones, dispatch, estimate follow-ups, invoicing, and review requests during business hours, backed by a real local team.

What these guides cover

The business side of HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning companies: calls, scheduling, bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll. I don't write about how to do the trade itself. That's your expertise. Some guides compare bookkeeping and payroll options to help you choose a provider; Infinite Time Solutions doesn't offer bookkeeping or payroll itself. We handle the office work around them, like invoicing, chasing unpaid invoices, and keeping receipts and job paperwork organized for your bookkeeper or CPA.

How we research

• Prices come from each company's own pricing page and are dated so you know when they were checked.
• Statistics come from primary sources such as the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, and each one is linked.
• When we estimate or use an example, we say so and show the math.
• Infinite Time Solutions sells services that compete with some products we write about. We say that up front. See our disclosure.
